Terms and conditions
1. General
These terms regulate the buyer-seller relationship between ARP Group OÜ (registry code 11353078) and the customer of the snakk4u.ee e-store. If you have any questions, you can always contact us – email andrei@arpgroup.ee or call +372 555 45 322.
2. Prices and products
All products sold in the e-store (our amazing jerky and gift sets) are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices if necessary, but the price that was in the shopping cart at the time of confirming the order will always apply to you. Since some of our awesome gift sets include alcohol (craft beer or wine), the buyer must be at least 18 years old.
3. Buying and paying
Add your favorite snacks to the cart, choose a suitable Omniva or Smartpost parcel machine, and proceed to checkout. The payment mediator is Montonio Finance OÜ. Payments are made securely outside the e-store in the Montonio environment.
ARP Group OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
You can pay with bank links and the payment currency is the euro.
4. Delivery
We will send your snacks on their way as soon as possible! Goods ordered from the e-store are delivered to you via Omniva or Smartpost parcel machines. Delivery time is generally 1–3 business days so you can get your fresh supply quickly.
5. Right of return
A regular consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, however, that since we sell food (jerky), for hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of return does not apply to products whose packaging has been opened or damaged (Law of Obligations Act § 53 lg 4). However, if you wish to return a product with closed and undamaged packaging, write to andrei@arpgroup.ee. The return costs are borne by the buyer, and we will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
6. Submitting complaints
If something is wrong with the product or it was damaged during transport, let us know immediately. We are responsible for the non-compliance of the products. In case of disputes, we always try to find a friendly solution by talking to each other, but you always have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.

It is truly important to us that your data is kept safe and protected. Here is a short and clear overview of what we collect about you and why.
1. What data do we collect?
To fulfill the order, we only need the absolute minimum: your name, phone number, email address, and the location of the selected parcel machine.
2. Why do we need this data?
We use your data only to physically deliver your order, issue invoices, and contact you if any questions arise regarding the order.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We never sell or just share your data. We give it to our trusted partners only when it is absolutely necessary to fulfill the order:
Omniva and Smartpost – we give them your number and name so we can send the package to the machine and they can send you a code via SMS.
Montonio Finance OÜ – they take care of secure payments. ARP Group OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
4. Data retention
We keep your purchase history and data for accounting purposes for the time required by law (in Estonia, this is generally 7 years). We remove other unnecessary data from the system when it no longer has a business purpose.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to ask what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, or to be deleted entirely (if it does not conflict with accounting laws). To do this, simply write to us at andrei@arpgroup.ee.
